When Kim Kardashian is spotted in public, she is used to receiving plenty of attention because of her looks. However, she managed to generate attention for her looks while drawing different reactions than usual during filming for her appearance on E!’s new “Secret Celebrity” television show. Kardashian went to specialists in order to have her face molded so that they could customize prosthetic cheeks, a prosthetic nose and a prosthetic neck put on, according to her blog.

Kardashian described how talented the specialists were on her Celebuzz blog, saying, “Check out the place I went to! They have made casts of everyone from Tom Cruise to Angelina [Jolie] for movies! "It was so surreal seeing all these famous movie stars' faces on the wall!! Kind of scary, huh? I look like a completely different person!”

The model and reality television star did not reveal any specific details about how her appearance on E!’s new show went but the show’s premise is to alter the appearance of celebrities in order to make them appear unrecognizable so that they can have fun with their newfound persona amongst groups of unknowing fans. However, Kardashian did reveal that she put herself into character as a woman named Cynthia and that her inspiration for choosing that name was her cousin, whose name is Cici.
